Another Template Freebie!

So I promised to give these away regularly, so here you go. I've disabled the links to the former freebie template, so sorry if you missed it. But rumor has it I might start selling my templates in a shop soon, so maybe it'll end up there. You'll just have to wait and see! On to this week's template. Here it is:

I've combined the PSD and TIFF files into one download. Just delete the one you don't need.
